Becky Baumgartner

Becky Baumgartner, Director of Collections and Mortgage Operations | Prime Financial Credit Union

Becky joined the Prime Financial team in early 2012 with 5 years of collections and lending experience. She formally took lead of the Collections department in 2014 as the Collections manager and is currently serving as the Director of Collections and Mortgage Operations. Her passion for working with members to obtain a secure and prosperous financial future has been a driving force behind the success of the Collections department. 


Lamont Bonham

LaMont Bonham, Senior Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management | 
Connexus Credit Union

LaMont started his credit union career with Tower Credit Union in 2003 as a collector and eventually managed the Collections and Member Service departments. After a merger with Connexus Credit Union in early 2012 LaMont was tasked with developing an in-house Collections team. Connexus has grown significantly since that time and the Collections department has grown exponentially and now consists of over 32 employees within 4 teams, Collections, Legal, Fraud and Collateral Protection. In 2013 LaMont founded the “Wisconsin Credit Union Collectors Group” which was a listserv hosted by Connexus, it is now hosted and managed by the WCUL and part of the CommUnity forum. LaMont is passionate about his field and has been presenting on the subjects of Collections and team building since 2012.

Bob Hein, Member Solutions Manager | Fox Communities Credit Union

Bob has been a credit union collections professional for more than 25 years. He has experience in every aspect of the profession and is a strong advocate of the importance of the collections department in the day to day operation of credit unions. He also believes The League’s Credit Union Collections Roundtables are must attends for credit union collection professionals because the forum provides for valuable networking time with colleagues.



Matt Rehnelt

Matt Rehnelt | Business Development Manager | DCM Services, LLC 

Spending a majority of his career working within the financial services and healthcare industries, Matt has worked with DCMS since 2010. Matt works hand-in-hand with organizations to create and enhance their estate recovery process. In his time with DCM Services he has worked to build estate processes for over 200 organizations to help maximize efficiencies and revenue.
