How do you feel about your credit union board?
Are you proud of it? Do you have a high-performing board? Does everyone contribute at a high level? Is there trust and respect amongst all board members and between directors and the CEO?
Or…
Are you frustrated with some of your board members? Do you feel like not all directors are heard or respected? Are there some board members who never seem prepared or engaged? Is there possibly tension between the board and the CEO?
Everyone would like a smooth-running board, at least I hope they do!! We must remember that a board is a group of individuals brought together to work as a team - individuals who have different backgrounds, personalities, communication styles, etc. In this session you will learn:
- About different personalities styles and how they might show up on your board.
- What happens when all individuals are not accepted or heard.
- How to set performance expectations for your directors.
- Tips on making your board a high-performing board.
