Jennifer Grinder

Jennifer Grinder is a respected and accomplished leader who currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of RIPCO Credit Union, a thriving $180 million financial institution based in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. Her path to this role has been shaped by a diverse and impactful career across multiple areas of the credit union industry. Before joining RIPCO, Jennifer held senior leadership roles in retail operations, marketing, training, and human resources—demonstrating her versatility and deep understanding of credit union operations. She has long been an active contributor to the credit union movement, having served on several committees with the Cornerstone League, including learning and development, advocacy, and the foundation. Her leadership extended to the Dallas Chapter of Credit Unions, where she served on the Board of Directors. After relocating to Wisconsin, Jennifer quickly immersed herself in local industry efforts. She currently serves on The League’s Government Affairs Committee and is a member of the Members’ Advisory Council for Corporate Central Credit Union. Jennifer’s passion for education and leadership development is evident in her ongoing involvement with the Southwest Credit Union Management School (SCMS), where she serves on the Alumni Board and facilitates courses for future credit union leaders. Her dedication to the industry earned her the titles of Professional of the Year in 2021 and Alumnus of the Year in 2025.
