Leadership in the Age of AI
Beth Ridley | Founder | Ridley Consulting Group

Work is changing fast. AI is taking over more analytical and technical tasks, teams are leaner, and the pace rarely lets up. Many leaders are carrying invisible weight—pressure to perform, support others, and stay energized in work that can feel increasingly transactional. As AI becomes better at analysis and efficiency, leadership impact is shifting toward what only humans do well: creating connection, helping work feel meaningful, and motivating people through uncertainty. AI can process information, but it cannot create purpose or shared meaning. Neuroscience shows that meaningful connection—to work, to purpose, and to people—is a powerful source of resilience and motivation. Leaders who invest in connection help reduce burnout and create teams that feel engaged and supported. This interactive session helps leaders pause, reset, and reconnect—with work, with meaning, and with coworkers—through simple, everyday behaviors that make work feel more human and sustainable.

Activity: Beyond the Grind: Small Habits to Restore Energy, Joy, and Motivation at Work
Beth Ridley | Founder | Ridley Consulting Group

Many leaders and teams are running on empty. Constant pressure and change can drain energy and make even meaningful work feel exhausting. In this interactive workshop, participants use the Beyond the Grind card deck to explore small, practical habits that restore energy, motivation, and meaning at work. Grounded in positive psychology and neuroscience, the session focuses on what helps people stay resilient in stressful environments. Participants will identify one habit to support their own wellbeing and brainstorm ways to apply these habits with teams to reduce burnout and boost motivation. The focus is on small shifts—not big overhauls—that fit into real workdays. Participants leave with a tangible tool, a personal commitment, and ideas they can use immediately.

A. From Confidence to Influence: Taking Action After Overcoming Imposter Syndrome
Stacie VanDenBerghe | Founder | CU Innovate

Overcoming imposter syndrome is only the beginning—what comes next is intentional action. In this Part 2 session, credit union women leaders will focus on translating renewed confidence into visible leadership impact. Participants will identify where to step forward, speak up, and stretch into greater influence within their organizations and the movement. This session equips attendees with practical strategies to move from insight to execution, including how to advocate for themselves, seek sponsorship, expand their leadership presence, and make values-driven decisions with conviction. Attendees will leave with a personalized action plan to sustain momentum and lead boldly beyond the room.

B. Power Circles: Table Topic Discussions
