Credit unions are built on the philosophy of “people helping people.” In today’s rapidly changing workforce and economic environment, sustaining that philosophy requires intentional, strategic focus. In this webinar, Fox Communities Credit Union, Chief People Officer, Kris Hackbarth-Horn, will share the strategy and real-world case studies behind their intentional culture model, including why they implemented it and the outcomes they’ve achieved. Participants will gain practical insight for embedding culture into hiring, performance management, leadership development, and strategic planning — ensuring culture is actively managed, not left to chance.

Kris Hackbarth-Horn

Chief People Officer| Fox Communities Credit Union
Currently, Kris is the Chief People Officer at Fox Communities Credit Union. Prior to this role, she has led people-centered work at CLA, Schenck SC, Goodwill NCW, and several other organizations throughout her career in manufacturing, union and non-union environments. Kris holds her SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CBP & CPP certifications. She is also certified as a coach in Clifton Strengths, Rigthpath, DISC, TriMetrix, and Workplace Big 5 Assessments. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Communications from Concordia University.
