As part of the Planning & Business Services team, Eric champions deeper understanding of multicultural consumers, and is responsible for developing and executing company-wide strategies for increasing our business success in these markets. Prior to his current role in December 2015, Eric was vice president of Life, AD&D and Media for TruStage, wherein he was responsible for growing the number of members protected by TruStage life insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance. He also oversaw the TruStage Media, Brand and Creative Services teams.
Eric joined CUNA Mutual Group in 1993 as a direct marketing specialist, where he focused on database-driven marketing to consumers before leading the Consumer Marketing team. Since then, he has successfully held multiple marketing and business leadership roles, working with virtually all product lines across the company, giving him significant B2B and B2C experience. Eric holds a bachelors degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater and an executive masters degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin Madison.
