Tracy is a member of the senior leadership team and works to develop and maintain strategic partnerships that empower and inspire students to dream big and succeed in a global economy.
Tracy has a BA in Communication from The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. She spent the first half of her career in nonprofit development and then became a Certified Senior Advisor and held several leadership positions in senior care. She has helped develop an assisted living community which specialized in memory care and then started her own LLC providing training and development services for healthcare and nonprofit organizations. She officially went back to nonprofit management in the spring of 2018 when she started working for Junior Achievement.
Tracy’s personal mission is to Make Today Count! She is active in her church, is a board member for the Women’s Leadership Institute at Lakeland University and Hands of Time, Inc., volunteers for the Alzheimer’s Association and Feed My Starving Children, and enjoys spending time with her husband and three children in Door County and Green Lake.
