Victor has over 25 years of experience working in international and cross-cultural environments in the private and non-profit sectors. Victor has established and fostered relationships within the global financial industry through his work as an independent consultant and as senior executive at the World Council of Credit Unions.
Victor is an avid traveler and photographer who has visited more than 90 countries. He is a first generation American who came to the United States from Panama to study at the University of Wisconsin on a Fulbright Scholarship. He has a BA in Economics and Latin American Studies, speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese and lives in Wisconsin with his wife and two children.
