This year we will focus on strategies for establishing clear (20/20) visions at various levels – within the credit union, department, project team, branch, the Movement and more. We’ll explore questions such as:
- How can you get these visions in sync with one another?
- What happens when there are competing visions?
- What is the role of formal and informal leadership in this process?
- How can/should your vision be communicated to others?
- What happens if your vision isn’t working out as planned?
