December's theme is Look out 2021, Here Come the YPs! As the year closes out, we'll reflect on takeaways both from this program and from the year as a whole. We'll also look at what that means for 2021 and how those lessons can be applied in the coming year and beyond. We'll explore trends, future outlooks and discuss plans for 2021.

In 2019 Royal Credit Union launched a new initiative called the YP Credit Union Activist program. The activist participates in meetings with lawmakers and government leaders to share the credit union difference and highlight the important role young professionals play in our movement. Join Royal’s YP CU Activist, Amanda Farnham, to learn more about her experience advocating on behalf of credit unions in DC and Madison alongside CEOs and board members. For the past 15 months, Amanda has held a seat at the table during these important discussions and she has stories to share! She will also walk you through a step-by-step guide on how to pitch and implement a similar program at your credit union.
