Getting recognized for your credit union's help for members and the community is a great way to create awareness about credit unions, a key way by which credit unions Unite for Good. Credit unions and chapters can be honored through the CUNA/League awards program.
Apply now to be recognized with a:
Desjardins Youth & Adult Financial Education Award, which honors credit unions for outstanding involvement in financial education. Two separate awards will recognize credit unions’ efforts with youth and adults.
Dora Maxwell Social Responsibility Award, which honors credit unions for their charitable work to benefit the community.
Louise Herring Philosophy in Action Member Service Award, which recognizes credit unions that do an outstanding job at exhibiting the credit union philosophy as part of their policies, pricing and practices with members.
Winners can publicize their awards locally, through their publications, on their website and more, using our sample communications. It's a great way to create awareness of the value of the Credit Union Difference!
