A Project Immersion for the WILD innovators - led by the Filene Research Institute's Impact Director Cortney Angeley (standing) - got the creative juices flowing. We'll keep that mojo working until we share WILD findings at The League's 2019 Convention!
Sixteen individuals - and their credit unions - have been selected to participate in the Wisconsin Ideation and Local Development (WILD) initiative. The group met at the Filene Research Institute October 16-17 to kick off the program.
The Innovators represent a broad cross section of credit union sizes, membership and geography, as well as a diverse array of roles within their credit unions.
Meet them! Then check out photos from their initial Project Immersion Session, held at the Filene Research Institute.
The innovators will engage their credit unions in a nine-month, collaborative process to create, test and implement financial products, services and business model ideas to benefit members.
While in Madison, the innovators discussed the program’s expectations and the process by which they will:
- engage in ideation
- develop actionable concepts for innovation
- conduct testing
- unveil their homegrown innovation at The League's 2019 Annual Convention & Expo.
