UWCU Presents for Gov.'s Financial Inclusion Committee

UW Credit Union's Chad LaFlash and Erin Bykowski presented during last week's Financial Inclusion Committee of the Governor's Council on Financial Literacy and Capability.

They showcased UW Credit Union's decision to cut overdraft and nonsufficient funds fees by more than 80% last year – and the history, mission, and leadership led to that and other member-focused decisions. They fielded questions and addressed how financial education was an important aspect of the future financial well-being of members.

Gundersen Credit Union also presented at a Committee meeting earlier this year.
