Credit Union Leaders Gather for Successful 2025 Tristate Collaborative Leadership Conference

Bloomington, MN – Credit union leaders from Minnesota, Montana, and Wisconsin gathered in Bloomington, MN, August 5–6 for the Tristate Collaborative Leadership Conference—two days of inspiration, networking, and collaboration.

The conference is a joint initiative of the Minnesota Credit Union Network, Montana’s Credit Unions, and The Wisconsin Credit Union League, designed to provide credit union professionals with opportunities for leadership growth and regional networking. In its second year, the event brought together almost one hundred attendees representing credit unions of all sizes, eager to exchange ideas and explore new strategies to strengthen leadership across the movement.

The conference featured dynamic keynotes on leadership, innovation, and change; engaging breakout sessions focused on practical skills, emerging trends, and building a stronger credit union system; and unique networking experiences making it easier to connect and start meaningful conversations.

Tristate Collaborative, LLC is a collaboration business created by the Minnesota Credit Union Network, Montana's Credit Unions, and The Wisconsin Credit Union League. The three entities have come together using their individual and collective strengths to best serve their member credit unions with needs-based products, services, and professional development opportunities.
