The Office of Credit Unions regulates credit unions chartered to do business in Wisconsin. It charters new credit unions, examines credit union records and assets, and provides direction for credit union business operations.

National Credit Union Administration

The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) is the independent federal agency that regulates, charters, and supervises federal credit unions.
