ULEND Academy

ULEND Academy is an educational investment that helps credit union staff become better consultants. Participants learn how to make the shift from transactional to consultative during the loan event by focusing on the member and improving the overall lending experience. The workshop offers interactive hands-on learning and participants walk away with practiced skills they can apply immediately.

The curriculum guides lenders from foundational to advanced skill levels in all lending channels and across all stages of the loan process - origination, underwriting, and closing - with cross-selling, consultation, and compliance woven throughout.

ULEND Academy graduates will walk out knowing how to use the skills and concepts learned in the workshop in their daily interactions with members.
