The final session of this three-month series for frontline staff will focus on new accounts.

Registration for this session also includes the recording from the first session (Sales & Service with Angela Prestil) and the second session on fraud.


This session will focus on the documents and disclosures that credit unions should provide when opening a new account. 

Learning objectives:

  • The explanation of the documentation a credit union should obtain when opening new accounts.  
  • A discussion of the rules and regulations affecting deposit accounts (i.e., Truth in Savings, CIP, etc.)
