Diane RoundyDiane Roundy | Baker Tilly Executive Search, LLP

Diane Roundy is a connector....for clients, candidates, prospects, and her community and within Baker Tilly. She makes it a habit of introducing people who work or live in different circles yet may have similar interests and needs. It's a small world and her goal is to make it even smaller. An interesting fun fact about Diane is that she serves on the Green Bay Packers Board of Directors. The fun part of this role, besides owning a 2010 Super Bowl ring, is that she leads the Community Relations committee. The committee provides input to the Packers staff who oversee donations, player/coach appearances, youth football relations, and the player alumni program. "Packers Give Back" is the brand behind their work. As a member of Baker Tilly Executive Search, she is committed to developing long-term, value-based relationships with clients and leadership talent. Her team conducts retained executive searches nationwide across a variety of industries and business functions. What does this mean? She specialize in finding your next CEO, CFO, COO, CHRO, CMO, Vice Presidents and Director level team members. She aligns talent with the culture and goals of an organization. Diane knows that finding the right leader is not easy and thrives on streamlining the search process - tailoring search strategies and leveraging the latest technology in helping clients find the next leader to guide organizations into the future.

Diane holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and an undergraduate degree in Business and Communication from UW-Stevens Point. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Green Bay Packers, Advisory Board at St. Norbert College Donald Schneider School of Business and the Bay Area Community Council Board of Directors. Diane is a co-founder of The Women's Fund of Greater Green Bay and past Chairman of the Board at Denmark State Bank. Ms. Roundy is a recipient of the UW Oshkosh Outstanding Alumni award, Wisconsin FBLA Business Person of the Year award, Who You Should Know award, and the Athena, Silver Medal and Chamber Ambassador Awards. Diane and her husband Rick reside in Greenleaf, WI and have three grown children.
