New program! The Leadership Compass – Middle Management Program

This program is designed for experienced leaders who sit between members and executive leadership. Participants play a key role in turning direction into results. Shaping culture, performance, and how work gets done every day. 

Agenda

Combining both in-person and virtual sessions allows for group discussion, real-world case studies and an immersive leadership experience while also delivering bite-sized learning that fits into real workdays. Designed for leaders balancing full schedules, participants stay connected through year-long accountability and peer support  

Program registration includes the following sessions (2 in-person and 6 virtual) and a DISC assessment & report. 

April 2, 9:30am – 2:00pm, In-person in Madison

Leading with Purpose
