Let’s learn from experts and peers alike how to embrace our skills and share talents at work and in life at Women’s Leadership Summit happening March 16 from 8:30am-4:00pm. Spend the day learning from our speakers on becoming a great leader, igniting your own authenticity, increasing your impact, and more! Here is who you won’t want to miss:

Amber Swenor, Transformation Strategist, Business Coach, Speaker & Trainer | Founder of the Soul Seed family of brands:

Igniting Your Authenticity for Greater Leadership Legacy
9:30am-11:30am

Amber is a high-energy speaker and trainer who leads with values for passion in work, and authenticity in life. She's the founder of Strategic Partners, an award-winning business coaching, brand strategy and marketing firm that helps purpose-driven people and companies to become their best through authentic business development, and marketing strategies. She's also the founder of Impact Academy, providing coaching, retreats and online programs to help people live their most authentic lives by getting clarity for their dreams and creating strategies to go for them. She helps heart-centered coaches, salespeople, service providers, healers and creatives to build businesses that are authentic to them and are both impactful and profitable.

During this session with Amber, you will learn to tap into deeper authenticity to attract your team and stakeholders to the table, expand your skills for aligning everyone to a shared vision and learn how to amplify your impact by allowing your leadership to expand beyond you, regardless of your role at your credit union.

You’ll also learn how to engage savvy strategy to amplify your impact (working from your zone of genius, activating those around you, and working smarter, not harder).

Stacie VanDenBerghe, CEO | CU Innovate:

From People Pleaser to People Leader
12:30 pm-2:30 pm

Consultant and motivational speaker Stacie VanDenBerghe has spent over 20 years in the credit union industry. She travels globally teaching tactics to build stronger teams, drive change, and maximize growth.

Stacie will guide the group in honest dialogue about our tendencies to please and challenges for breaking through to become a stronger leader. You will have the opportunity for small group discussions and will gain understanding that your leadership can bring bigger rewards than people-pleasing by changing the impact you have on those you lead.

Val Mindak, CEO/President | Park City Credit Union:

Val has served as Park City Credit Union's CEO and President since 2009, has been a member of The League's Board of Directors since 2015, and is currently part of the Community Depository Institution Advisory Council at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis.

A financial services veteran, she gained 23 years of experience as Chief Operating Officer at Connexus Credit Union in Madison and furthered her professional education at Wharton, Darden, and Cornell Universities.

 You!

Pull Up a Chair Leadership Roundtable
2:30 pm-4:00 pm

We will get started with some real talk about career path, struggles & successes and share relatable stories and aspirations.  What does work/life balance really mean and is it attainable?
