Tristate Mentorship Match Now Accepting Applications

This 1‑year program, running August 15, 2026 to August 15, 2027, connects credit union professionals as mentors and mentees for meaningful, real‑world learning and connection. Whether you want to offer your informed perspectives or gain guidance from someone who understands your background, this program is all about growth, support, and building strong relationships across The Credit Union Movement. Welcoming New Directors to League Board
Please join us in welcoming UW Credit Union President & CEO Paul Kundert and Holy Family Memorial Credit Union President/CEO Joel Strozewski to The League Board of Directors! Paul returns to the Board representing Asset Group D (Greater Than $2 Billion). Joel will be representing Region 5. Board members serve three-year terms, helping guide the direction the association takes on behalf of Wisconsin's credit unions and their 3.9 million members.

CWCUL Certification Available Through League Leadership Institute
Interested in bringing your career to the next level? The League Leadership Institute is now accepting registrations for its 2026 program for emerging and mid-level managers. This virtual school is being offered during a six-month period starting in August through December with two half-day sessions each month during the same week for a total of 12 online sessions. Graduates earn their Certified Wisconsin Credit Union Leader (CWCUL) designation. The program is limited to 20 students and begins in August. Learn More >>

CU Community Days 2026 - Now Accepting Pledges!
CU Community Days is a week-long event kicking off each year on Indigenous’ Peoples Day that showcases how Wisconsin’s credit unions serve their communities throughout the year and embody their cooperative principles including Cooperation Among Cooperatives and Concern for Community. 2026 CU Community Days will take place October 12-16--pledge today!  Your commitment will help The League elevate your efforts and track our collective impact. Foundation Grant Applications Close June 30 - Hear What Recipients Have to Say
Are you considering technology or operations upgrades, or looking to provide new products and services to your members? Funds are now available through The Wisconsin Credit Union Foundation's Credit Union Development & The Difference grants.

The Wisconsin Credit Union Foundation Announces 2026 Legends of The Movement Inductees
The Wisconsin Credit Union Foundation’s Board of Directors has announced the 2026 inductees to Legends of The Movement. Legends of The Movement recognizes trailblazers, visionaries, and dedicated individuals who have made extraordinary and lasting contributions to The Credit Union Movement in Wisconsin, and beyond. Inductees embody the cooperative spirit and exemplify a lifelong commitment to the credit union philosophy of "People Helping People."

ICYMI - Nearly 500 Attend Annual Convention in Madison
On May 13-15, nearly 500 credit union professionals from across the state joined us for our annual Convention--this year in Madison, at the heart of The Credit Union Movement.
