The Credit Union House's rental fee is waived for Wisconsin credit unions and League partners. The types of meetings we host are:

Within Credit Union House, our small conference room can host boardroom style meetings for 6-8 people. The main space within CU House is more versatile, with a variety of table, seating, and layout options to meet your needs.
The following are estimates--creative adjustments can be made to accommodate different size groups.
- U-shape: 9-24
- Hollow Square: 12-30
- Classroom: up to 30
- Theater style: up to 50
- Rounds: up to 30
- Standing reception: up to 70 in the CU House alone, but with the rental of the wine shop across the hall, this number could be well over 100.
Amenities
- Basic A/V available - 70” TV with HDMI connection mounted on a mobile cart for flexible placement in the space, easels, whiteboard, flipcharts, Meeting Owl for conferencing, and guest wifi.
- We are happy to arrange for catering on your behalf through a few specific local vendors and make recommendations. However, you are welcome to coordinate with whichever caterer you would like.
- We can provide basic beverage service including soda, water, sparkling water, morning coffee, and limited packaged snacks.
- We can help you arrange for beer, wine, and cocktails.
- Variety of tables in house including rounds, highboys, training, 6ft and 8ft banquet, with all necessary linens in black.
- Small floral centerpieces can be created in house, but your are welcome to work with any florist you prefer.
- Ramp parking available onsite.
- Credit Union House events can easily be paired with the goings-on of the vibrant capitol square.

- Saturday Dane County Farmers Market on the Square from April to November
- Concerts on the Square Wednesday evenings in July
