The League is closely monitoring the ongoing novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. As the situation continues to change rapidly, our top priority remains the health, safety, and well-being of our members and employees. At this time, all League in-person education and training events—including the 2020 Annual Convention & Expo—have been postponed indefinitely.

More information on Convention postponement can be found here. For those who have registered for any other in-person events, our Education & Training Department staff will be in contact with you. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this challenging time.

A supercharged lineup of keynote speakers at The League’s Annual Convention & Expo (this coming May 6-9, 2020 at The Fox Cities Exhibition Center in Appleton) is sure to leave you setting your sights on big things for your credit union and The Movement!

Let's take a look at Convention's 2020 Vision keynote speakers:

Dr. Samuel Jones

General Session: "Turning Points to Success"

Samuel is a highly sought after professional transformational speaker, author, and award winning entrepreneur who is best known for transforming and inspiring leaders and their organizations to Work with Purpose, Win with People™. Organizational leaders recognize the need for a transformation when employees suffer from resistance to change, low or no motivation to problem solve, communication issues, and other behaviors that lead to decreased productivity, increased mistakes and waste, poor employee engagement, which all leads to reduced profits.

Through research and personal development, Samuel created programs to inspire people to higher levels of achievement, to imagine clarity to pursue work that fulfill a passion and purpose, and to activate ideas that can be immediately implemented to unleash more profits, higher productivity, and greater performance.

In his general session, "Turning Points to Success," Dr. Jones will help attendees learn how to recognize current beliefs and behaviors so they can make the moments that change the course of their lives purposeful for themselves and those they serve.
