Connexus to light Corporate Cove teal for Alzheimer’s awareness

Marine Credit Union hosts food drive, donates $30K to local food banks
Marine Credit Union is taking action to combat food insecurity in Wisconsin this holiday season by launching a food drive and donating $30,000 to local food banks. MMCCU Launches “Benevolent Branches” Angel Tree to Support Local Charities This Holiday Season
Marshfield Medical Center Credit Union (MMCCU) is inviting the community to join in spreading holiday cheer through Benevolent Branches, a new seasonal giving campaign that connects local generosity with area charities. Similar to the “Angel Tree” concept, Benevolent Branches serves as a festive hub for holiday giving, spotlighting local nonprofit organizations and their most needed items. WESTconsin Credit Union Celebrates 15 Years of The Mitten Tree and 35,000 Items Collected
Westconsin Credit Union is wrapping others in warmth this holiday season with its 15th annual The Mitten Tree campaign. Since its inception, The Mitten Tree has collected over 35,000 items and raised $42,000 for local organizations. (Westconsin Credit Union, 11/12)
Fox Cares Foundation donates $75,000 to support local food pantries amid rising food insecurity
In response to the growing challenges of food access, Fox Cares Foundation is proud to announce a special donation of $25,000 each to three of our region’s leading food pantries: Paul’s Pantry in Green Bay, Oshkosh Area Community Pantry, and St. Joseph Food Program in Menasha. WESTconsin volunteers contribute over 1,000 hours on first annual Community CARE Day
365 WESTconsin Credit Union employees lived their core values of Collaborative, Accountable, Respectful, and Excellence (CARE) on Monday, October 13. As part of the first annual Community CARE Day, 38 community organizations received a helping hand across western Wisconsin resulting in over 1,000 volunteer hours contributed. WESTconsin is committed to serving its communities through volunteerism, education, and donations. They are on track to hit over 4,500 volunteer hours in 2025 alone. (WESTconsin Credit Union, 11/6)
Altra Federal Credit Union Honors Local Teachers with Cash for Classrooms Awards
Altra Federal Credit Union recognized teachers in the community for the incredible work they do in and out of the classroom through their Cash for Classrooms contest. The Cash for Classrooms initiative was designed to honor educators who go above and beyond and make a difference in their students’ lives. RCU Foundation Announces $250,000 Gift to the New Richmond Community Library

Premier Financial Credit Union announces new branch coming to Plymouth
Premier Financial Credit Union, a trusted leader in financial services for over 60 years, is excited to announce plans to open a new full-service branch office in Plymouth. Superior Choice Credit Union hosts Thanksgiving giveaway
Superior Choice Credit Union gave away Thanksgiving goodie bags Wednesday night. In every bag there was a frozen turkey, a bag of potatoes, and a can of green beans. The staff gave out 200 goodie bags to people in need. (Superior Choice Credit Union, 11/20)
Ripco Credit Union holding toy drive with local businesses along with pool tournament
Ripco Credit Union in Rhinelander, Minocqua, and Eagle River are hosting an annual toy drive along with a pool tournament to support families and give children joy this Christmas. The tournament takes place December 6, and event coordinator Sarah Jewell is happy the tournament has reached its ninth year collecting toys. (Ripco Credit Union, 11/24)
6th-annual Festival of Lights holiday display returns to the Fox Cities
The spirit of the holiday season is alive and well in Appleton, as families across our area flocked to Darboy Community Park for the Fox Cities Festival of Lights. Park City Credit Union donated $3800 to local food pantries
Park City Credit Union is stepping up to support local food pantries with a $3,800 donation to food pantries in Rhinelander, Minocqua, Tomahawk, and Merrill. Tomahawk Food Pantry and Nokomis Food Pantry each receive $500; Rhinelander Area and Lakeland Food Pantries each get $800; and Merrill Food Pantry receives $1,200. (Park City Credit Union, 11/26)

Business Development Specialist Tiffany Schara Earns FiCEP Certification
MMCCU (Marshfield Medical Center Credit Union) is proud to announce that Business Development Specialist Tiffany Schara has successfully completed the Financial Counseling Certification Program (FiCEP), earning the designation of Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC). Royal Credit Union's Podcast Snags Silver at National Marketing Conference
Royal Credit Union’s Money Donuts® podcast just snagged silver at this year’s Marketing Association of Credit Unions (MAC) annual conference, beating out over 450 other entries from about 100 credit unions across the country. Earning a Silver MAC Award in the Financial Wellness category, the local podcast aims to make listeners smile while learning new ways to think about money and financial wellbeing, a recent media release stated.
