New! Virtual Focused Learning Opportunities- Multiple Start Dates

Because of our relationships with system partners, The League is able to offer new, role-specific, focused learning opportunities in 2023. These four upcoming webinar series are targeted for sales, branch managers, and operations credit union professionals. Participants will gain valuable tools and knowledge applicable to the work they do each day and will also be able to connect with colleagues from across the country. These programs offer the unique ability to build your skills, expand your professional network, and exchange ideas for best practices.

These virtual series are new this year and offer multiple start dates for flexibility. It is important to note that the first start date option for each series is quickly approaching!

 

Branch Manager Boot Camp Series
This exciting, four-part series focuses on the next generation manager who will be leading the transition to client relationship management.  They will also be managing an active advisory environment for the client to achieve financial goals. The next gen manager will be leading this vital transformation.

1. Managing a Successful Branch

3. Business Development 
4. Maintaining Superior Performance
The program will focus on the critical skills and expectations needed to ensure that the next generation branch manager exceeds whatever expectations and/or goals are set. Participants will engage in small group breakouts, called POD’s, where they will be working with branch managers from across the country! Participants will also learn about national best practices and expand their professional network!

Frontline Branch Series
Frontline Branch Series is a 4-part, comprehensive series for beginning and new frontline professionals.  This series focuses on creating a client friendly environment on a budget.  Participants will focus on how to deliver the ultimate client experience.  They will focus on streamlining work processes to make things fun for employees and their clients, resulting in the optimal institution of the future. The series includes group discussion and problem solving, fresh ideas through presentation, and a case-study.

Data Activation Education Program 2023
This series will be presented by Anne Legg, founder, and principal of THRIVETM

The Data Activation Series is aimed at meetings the needs of the busy credit union leader by integrating dynamic online classes, assignments that can be immediately used in the workplace, an online knowledge platform that hosts class details, assignments, and the ability for students to chat with each other and the instructor. Students receive 7 CPE credits upon completion.

Sales CU – Credit Union Sales Intensive Workshop
The Credit Union Sales Intensive Workshop will deliver consistent sales results, and send credit union leaders back ready to train, sell, and coach. 

The Credit Union Sales Intensive Workshop is designed for leaders and trainers of your credit union. We encourage your credit union to send any employee who is responsible for leading sales and training employees. This would include:
