Northeastern WI Credit Unions Address "Period Poverty"

In February, several Northeastern Wisconsin credit unions in conjunction with Jake's Network of Hope decided to address the #1 reason girls miss school: lack of access to feminine hygiene products. Through a program called "We Gotcha Girl," volunteers packed hundreds of period kits to distribute to local area schools in addition to a $10,000 donation.
