The Wisconsin Credit Union Foundation recently awarded eleven Credit Union Development and two Difference Grants--totaling over $128,000--to help Wisconsin's credit unions better serve their members and communities.

On June 26 at Trappers Turn in Wisconsin Dells, 106 golfers helped raise over $58,000 for The Wisconsin Credit Union Foundation at the annual Foundation Invitational.

Legends of The Movement recognizes trailblazers, visionaries, and dedicated individuals who have made extraordinary and lasting contributions to The Credit Union Movement in Wisconsin, and beyond.

Members are the owners of their credit union and contribute to its capital. Members, not shareholders, benefit from their credit union’s profits in proportion to their relationship and use of its products and services.

The Wisconsin Credit Union Foundation has continued to increase its dedication to financial education, credit union development, credit union staff development, and disaster aid, and in 2024, The Foundation has made more impact than ever before!

Credit unions are voluntary, not-for-profit financial cooperatives, offering services to people willing to accept the responsibilities and benefits of membership, without gender, social, racial, political, or religious discrimination.
